Dr. Dion has been affiliated with Project ECHO since 2004. She is the lead program evaluator responsible for planning, developing and implementing field research for the ECHO Hepatitis C project. Focus for the evaluation is provider knowledge growth, and self-efficacy around Hepatitis C screening and treatment management. In addition she provides evaluation services to multiple ECHO grant projects.
