ECHO Institute hosts a 90-minute videoconference session using the Zoom platform during which Dr. Sanjeev Arora presents for 45-minutes followed by 45-minutes of interactive discussion and Q&A. This is a great opportunity to hear an overview of the ECHO model and how it started, interact with others learning about ECHO for the first time, and meet members of the ECHO team.

Orientation and Day 1 of Immersion @ ECHO Institute

Wade In – Find out how the ECHO model works (Registration)

wadeECHO Institute hosts a full-day in-person event in Albuquerque, New Mexico during which ECHO leadership give presentations on all aspects of implementing the ECHO model (see sample agenda). You will also participate in two teleECHO clinics. This is a great opportunity to wade into the ECHO pool and engage with members of the ECHO Institute team as well as other organizations from around the world interested in learning more. Use this opportunity to build buy-in for your own ECHO.

Project ECHO will make all of the Orientation materials, attendance at the event, and meals available free of charge. You are responsible for your travel and lodging expenses.

Deep Dive – In depth training to start your own ECHO (Registration)

If your organization is ready to replicate ECHO and has signed our partnership documents, we offer a deeper dive into the ECHO model and next steps for implementation. Through Immersion, you will develop an ongoing relationship with our Replication Team and other ECHO staff members, who will assist you in setting up your own teleECHO clinics. This 3-day in-person training at the ECHO Institute in Albuquerque, NM begins with the Orientation and requires partnership documents to be signed before participation can occur. If you have not signed the partnership documents and would like to attend Immersion, please contact the Replication Team at echoreplication@salud.unm.edu.

Zoom basics/Zoom for Spokes – ECHO India Virtual Training @ Zoom Virtual Training Session

Zoom for Spokes Virtual Training is a fun and useful skill building training and overview of the Zoom platform, and is designed to give spokes a better idea of how to use Zoom while participating in a teleECHO clinic. This training is key for smooth participation in a teleECHO clinic, and for the successful flow of each and every teleECHO session.

Objectives

  • Train spokes / participants on how to use Zoom during a teleECHO session.

Target Audience: Spokes / Particpants of any teleECHO clinic

Coordinating TeleECHO Clinics 101 – ECHO India Virtual Training @ Zoom Virtual Training Session

In this virtual training session, you will learn about running a teleECHO clinic and how to get the right people in the right place at the right time with the right materials. This includes teleECHO clinic preparation, creating agendas, and outreach and recruitment of community participants or “spokes.”

Objectives

  • Define the duties of the TeleECHO Clinic Coordinator
  • Identify the tools of a TeleECHO Clinic Coordinator
  • Identify tasks and information necessary for a teleECHO clinic
  • Identify the timeline necessary to prepare for individual teleECHO clinics

Target Audience: TeleECHO Clinic Coordinators, ECHO administrative staff, program managers, IT support, etc. Also open to other interested parties or anybody otherwise involved with teleECHO clinic and/or hub operations Please note: to attend this training your organization must have signed partnership documents with ECHO India.

iECHO Virtual Training (Register)

In this virtual training, you will learn how to use iECHO, Project ECHO’s web-based partner relations management tool used to manage teleECHO clinics, collect data, and provide online resources to partners.

Objectives

  • Create/enter a health center and contact
  • Create/enter a clinic and clinic record (attach files)
  • Produce a clinic data report
  • Create an account for your administrative staff or spokes
  • Learn how to access additional online training resources

Target Audience

  • TeleECHO Clinic Coordinators, ECHO administrative staff, ECHO trainers, ECHO IT staff, and any other potential iECHO users, regardless of their role

Please note: to attend this training your organization must have signed partnership documents with the ECHO Institute.

Upon registration, you will receive a follow-up email with the materials you will use during the training. We highly encourage participants to review these materials prior to the training.
